Through a third consecutive record-setting demand day and a second consecutive ERCOT energy emergency alert, Luminant’s fleet of nuclear, coal and natural gas power plants helped keep Texans cool and safe.
All of Luminant’s baseload power plant units were available for generation, including two nuclear units, 12 lignite-fueled units and multiple peaking natural gas units.
