Recruiters will meet with an estimated 2,000 jobseekers
Luminant recruiters are joining with Latinos for Hire to help find prospective candidates for more than 60 current full-time openings, ranging from engineering positions to supervisory roles.
The day-long career expo, to be held Wednesday, March 24 at the Dallas Convention Center, is expected to draw thousands of Latinos with a diverse range of professional backgrounds.
“Luminant’s commitment to attracting a diverse team is a critical aspect of building a talented, inclusive workforce that mirrors and connects with the communities we serve,” said Kim Koonce, Luminant chief human resources officer. “We look forward to meeting dynamic and motivated new candidates at this event.”
Latinos for Hire is a national recruiting organization dedicated to helping match bilingual Latinos with job opportunities.
