As part of Luminant's effort to reclaim land after it is mined, we have planted more than 24 million trees and have created twice as many acres of wetlands, ponds, creeks, and streams as were displaced to produce electricity. The company also has an exceptional record of 99.9 percent compliance with state and federal water requirements.
