Luminant Moving Headquarters to New Downtown Dallas Location: Relocation Meets Another Merger Commitment
Luminant, the power generation business unit of Energy Future Holdings Corp. (EFH), will relocate its downtown Dallas headquarters to the Lincoln Plaza building at 500 N. Akard, where it will occupy six floors. The move is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2008 and involves approximately 750 employees in Luminant's power generation, mining, wholesale trading and marketing, construction and development operations; support groups; and additional business partners.
