David Campbell, CEO: David Campbell is CEO of Luminant, a competitive power generation subsidiary of Energy Future Holdings Corp. (EFH), formerly TXU Corp. Luminant's activities include plant and mine operations, wholesale marketing and trading, and construction and development of new power plants.

Chuck Enze, CEO, Construction: Chuck Enze is responsible for the construction of 2,200 MW of new coal-fueled units, which are now substantially complete, as well as the retrofit of legacy coal facilities to meet Luminant's voluntary environmental commitment. He previously led major projects at Shell for 30 years.

David Faranetta, Chief Financial Officer: David Faranetta's key accountability as CFO is driving industry-leading performance through the development of high-performance financial and operating plans. He joined Luminant in 2000 after 11 years with Ingersoll-Rand.

Rafael Flores, Chief Nuclear Officer: Rafael Flores directs the safe, reliable and cost-effective operation of Luminant's Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant in compliance with all laws and regulations. He also represents Luminant nationally as a mentor for nuclear leaders.

Mac McFarland, Chief Commercial Officer: Mac McFarland brings significant commercial, development and transaction experience in his current role at Luminant. He also serves as executive vice president of mergers and acquisitions and strategy for Energy Future Holdings.

Bill Moore, General Counsel: Bill Moore's fundamental goal is to ensure high-quality representation of Luminant's legal, compliance and contracting interests in a cost-effective manner. He was previously a partner at Hunton & Williams where he did legal work for TXU.
